Judicial killing

-          It is killing of a person by governmental authorities without the sanction of any judicial proceeding or legal process. Extrajudicial punishments are mostly seen by humanity to be unethical, since they bypass the due process of the legal jurisdiction in which they occur. Extrajudicial killings and forced disappearances in the Philippines are illegal liquidation, unlawful or felonious killings and forced disappearances in the Philippines.   

So for me, judicial killing it is against the law, the term we use for it is “salvaging” because it is with the authority of the government without any process on the Supreme Court. There is no investigation that happens.

Nowadays, all crime should be process to get a justice, but judicial killings is lead, that every person need to be equal. Yes I am agree with judicial killing ,to stop and kill all the drug lords , drug addicts and even the drug pushers. We all know that they are the roots of all killings in our society. If all of them will die no one will be worrying and attracted by drugs, there will no incidents such as killing will happen. We all know that drugs will bring us to devil and became you as a criminal. In our society we need peace, we need to stop killing and taking drugs, but in addition judicial killing has no place in our society because some of the suspected drug addicts and pushers are innocent, if they will kill, their families will surely demand for justice, but if the suspected person is a criminal it is good to them to be killed.

  One of the government failure is they didn’t investigate, they have no process that happens they just kill the person they are suspected as a criminal, but we all know that extrajudicial killing is often justified by making it appear that some of the victims deserve it.

On the other hand, when drug dealers are killed, their families hang their head in shame and the community silently rejoices at the loss of another troublemaker.

We all know that the use of extrajudicial killings is an unwritten state policy in our society and the only way to prevent it, is for the people themselves to demand and stop making unnecessary doing that may other people suspected you.
